We manufacture liquid printing inks for the Rotogravure Printing presses.
Our inks are Lamination reverse printing rotogravure inks based on Vinyl and PU Chemistry for PET/BOPP Substrate.
Polyster films and recommended for reverse printing jobs. It can be suitable to print on BOPP by addition of BOPP additive supplied by us. It is not suitable for surface printing.

Normal : Toluene : Ethyl Acetate = 1:1
Fast : Toluene : Ethyl Acetate: MEK = 2:2:1
Slow : Toluene : Ethyl Acetate:MIBK = 2:2:1
Retarder : MIBK (up to 20% for fine half tones)
Full Range of process colours are available : 
Low odour and low solvent retention characteristics make these inks highly suitable for the packaging of food products such as snack food, coffee, biscuits, cooked food, confectionary etc.
Supply Viscosity : 35-70 Sec
Printing Viscosity : 15-20 Sec
Colours : 18-28%
White : 40-42%
